I don’t know if you’ve seen this Microsoft vision of the future yet. On the whole it’s pretty standard.

The weirdest things about these recent corporate visions of the future is how they are always about someone traveling. Remote video in these things is used not to eliminate the travel (via business videoconference) but to talk to the kids from your Tokyo hotel room. In this video the protagonist travels half a world away to stand in front of business partners and talk, but shares her bonding moments about baking with the kid and husband through gestures on her amped-up Zune.

Weird, and not what I would have predicted 10 years ago.
